Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you! I understand that schedule adjustments are necessary therefore I respectfully request 48-24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations with in 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
